Hubby decided recently that beginning on his 30th that was last week, he’s giving up meat for a decade. After some negotiation, I’ve convinced him not to rule out seafood completely, but that’s about it. This marks my first week of mostly vegetarian dinners. . . I’m hoping all goes well and that Clever Preschooler likes the changes too!

Cod with Spice Rub with Baked Brown Rice (Since it didn’t get cooked last Sunday!) and Broccoli

Friday the 29th:
Spicy Lemon Pepper Pasta with Broccoli
Saturday the 30th:
Vegetable Curry with Basmati Rice
Sunday the 31st:
Sausages (Veggie and Normal) with Steammed and Roasted Vegetables and Yorkshire Puddings with Gravy
