Menu Plan Monday. . .


So after a couple days of camping, eating simple easy to prepare foods, I’m ready to whip up some slightly more complicated dinners this week. . .

Monday: Baked Broccoli Cheese with Wholewheat Pasta

Tuesday: Rick’s Quinoa Vegetable Creation of the Day

Wednesday: Penne with Tuna, Tomato, and Sweetcorn

Thursday: Moussaka with Salad and Homemade Bread

Friday: Cod with a Spice Rub, Homemade Chips, Sauteed Vegetables

Saturday: Pita Pizzas

Sunday: Sausages, Steamed Vegetables, Gravy and Yorkshire Puddings
