Ingredients: 1 egg, lightly beaten 2/3 cup natural yogurt (or 2/3 cup fruit flavoured yogurt) 2/3 cup milk 1 1/4 cup self-raising flour 1 tbsb sugar (omit if using fruit flavoured yogurt)
