So, I’ve been trying to meal plan for a couple of weeks now. . . and I usually get a plan written and ingredients bought. . . but our family hasn’t been sticking to it! I’m hoping that this week I can change our track record and stick to this plan. . .
Monday: Cottage Pie with Green Beans
and Sweet Corn
Tuesday: Baked Salmon with Broccoli, Rice, and Carrots (swapped with Thursday)
Wednesday: Chicken. Veg, and Potato
Thursday: Penne with Tuna, Tomato and Sweet Corn (swapped with Tuesday)
Friday: Sausages, Homemade Chips, and Baked Beans
Saturday: Oven Roasted Veg Lasagne
Slow Cooker Mexican Pork, with Mexican Rice from our freezer and Fresh Salsa Tuna Noodle Casserole with Peas
